Combat® Sports All America Games & National Tournament Teams

Scouting Profile Video

This is a introduction to college coaches that allows the coach to see you in your primary position. This video consists of the player displaying his skill specific movements, making throws, and hitting. The player's recorded speed times, BASE test results of overall athleticism, and stats from his competition level are included. The players GPA, SAT (if taken) and ACT (if taken) are made available for coaches to know about eligibility when they review the profile. The video is sent to twenty college coaches from our database that includes every college and university in the nation. The schools are chosen by skill and academic eligibility from the evaluation event.

Combat Sports All America Games and National Tournament Teams

Players will be contacted by Scorecard Athletics who is the official evaluation, ranking and selection organization for Combat Sports if they have been selected to compete on one of the Combat All America Teams. There are four All America Teams from each region. The teams are for graduation years of 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. The players selected will travel to Houston Texas to play at the new Skeeters Independent League facility and Baseball USA. Twenty five players in each graduation year will be selected from the All America Games to participate on the National Tournament Teams.

Why our Program is so Successful

Our evaluation program is the fastest growing program in the nation. We are the only program who incorporates the player's stats into the live evaluation to formulate a complete scouting profile. Coaches like the fact that when we complete a profile, video and evaluation on a player they know how he performed in the "showcase setting", the game setting, and in his season when it counted the most. We bring the player to the coach though a complete, accurate, and precise combination of technology and human assessment. Our formula was developed to analyze the factors necessary to provide a fair unbiased way of evaluation to compare and rank players in different divisions, geographical settings, and competition areas across the United States.

Written Evaluation

The player will receive a written evaluation from our professional evaluation team which consists of former pro players, college coaches, and scouts. The written evaluation will give insight of the player's performance and the areas of improvement that are needed. It gives the player insight as to what college coaches and pro scouts see when they see him. It is always our mission to provide an honest interpretation of where we see that individual at this point in his career.

Itinerary

Outside Events
Video session is done at each event on the first day. Players report by assigned time grouped by graduation years. Each player receives a Combat Scorecard Athletics National Evaluation shirt. Players who elect to not be video taped and sign up for the evaluation and Tryout only will report at the time assigned to their graduation year. Game play and team assignments are given for day two upon registration. Day two consists of players participating in game play.

Indoor Events
Video Sessions and times are assigned by graduation year. Each player receives a Combat Scorecard Athletics National Evaluation shirt. Players are subject to being asked to report for additional testing at a later time that day or on day two if needed depending upon their performance and results form their first assessment. Players who are evaluated in an indoor event will be compared to players who only attended indoor events nationally. The same evaluation formula is used for both indoor and outdoor events. The scoring formula measures the ability of each individual to perform skill specific mechanics, techniques, and mastery.
